Kevin UK Norfolk Horn DK

Named for my friends who raised the sheep in Yorkshire, Robin and Anne have the most interesting flock of Norfolk Horn sheep and I just had to make you some yarn from them! I met Kevin while touring the farm with Scooterpie in 2019 and it was love at first sight. He had to be the name for this yarn as he was the most entertaining ram I met on my trip. “Kevin” is a lovely 3-ply created for me at the wonderful Natural Fibre Co in England (makers of Blacker Yarns!) and they’ve absolutely outdone themselves. Each skein is 100g, and approximately 225 yards. It’s a springy, bouncy creamy natural – excellent for dyeing or knitting as-is. I see this as a wonderful warm pair of boot socks or a comfy hat or cowl for hiking the trails near my home.
