The options may be chosen on the product pageOriginally from the Romney Marsh lands of England, Romney is a hardy Longwool sheep with a gentle disposition. Imported to Oregon in 1904, they are now found throughout the US. In the last few decades US breeders have selected for finer fleeces. Some people consider Romney now to be a Medium wool, but Solitude Romneys are more traditionally fleeced.
